Back on the main menu you can hover over the series title and see a drop-down menu of some of the books I have planned in this series. You can click on each of the titles to learn a little more about my ideas for that particular book.

This series will follow Ellie and Zach Pierce. Although they have the same last name they’d never met until they are bequeathed, in equal parts, Pierce House and all the stipulations that come with the inheritance.

Ellie and Zach, 4th cousins, find more trouble than could be imagined for one seeming tranquil seaside community.

The books in this series will be named for Prohibition Era Cocktails. The first is Death in the Afternoon, then The Bee’s Knees. After that maybe Blood and Sand, The Corpse Reviver, The Fencer, White Lady, Damn the Weather, Scofflaw, Twelve Mile Limit, Chicago Fizz, Sidecar, Ward Eight, The Last Word… there are so many fun drinks, er, I mean, book titles!

The books will be culinary, with the title drink and other beverages (Mocktails as well) featured along with food pairings.

Don’t get too attached to the synopsis ideas that are written under each of the titles. I’ve notes these as much for myself as for those I hope will someday be fans. I’ve likely forgotten more good stuff than I’ll ever think of again, so I’m attempting to note thoughts for the plots of each of the books.

I’m sure those plot idea will morph or be done away with completely over time, but books yet written are living, evolving creatures. Sometimes even the dumbest ideas lead to brilliance… 🙂

So, on with the writing – which should actually equal more time than doing research for the cocktails… I’m working on that, too.
